Description:
A good way to use leftover rice. Makes a nutritious lunch or an easy dinner.

Ingredients:
3 C. cooked rice (cold, leftover is better)
2 T. cooking oil
1/4-1/2 lb. any chopped meat (leftover fine too)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 large onion (chopped coarsely)
1 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1 t. sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1 C. chopped veggies (leftover or frozen is easy)

Directions:
Put oil in a frying pan. Add meat, onion and garlic. Fry till done. Add seasonings and veggies. Add rice. Mix well and stir fry till heated through. We eat it with Korean salted seaweed laver. If you don't know what that is, don't worry about it:) Just enjoy your fried rice.
